Whale-watching tours are popular in Tromso. Here you’ll have a high chance of spotting humpback and killer whales – particularly between November and January. During these months, there is a 95% success rate at seeing whales up close on these tours!
You can choose from an adventurous tour (like the one pictured below) on an inflatable boat where you’ll receive the warm floation suits as you cruise around in the open water looking for whales.
Or you can opt for a more laid back whale watching tour on a hybrid electric catamaran cruise. Here you’ll have heat indoors to keep you warm as you wait for the whales.
